World-Class Manufacturing Scaled for Global Demand

Phyto Life Sciences P. Ltd. operates two FDCA-approved manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, spanning a combined area of 9 lakh square feet, with a third facility currently under development. Our combined production capacity stands at 1,500 MT per annum, with a daily output of 4,000 kg to reliably meet the scale demands of our customers worldwide.

Both plants are fully PLC-automated and equipped with SS-316 grade machinery with over 550 MT of SS-316 deployed across our equipment. The facility runs 40 extractors and 7 dryers, with ongoing expansion underway. To uphold the strictest standards of contamination control, our production floor is divided into four dedicated extraction zones Aqueous, Hydro-alcoholic, Solvent, and Oil Extraction each operating with its own line clearance and change control protocols.

Low-temperature extraction and Class D downstream precision

A key differentiator in our manufacturing capability is our first-of-its-kind low-temperature extraction facility, engineered to maximise the yield of active constituents while preserving the natural aroma and taste of every concentrate.

Downstream areas for vacuum drying, spray drying, milling, blending, packing, and storage are all maintained under HVAC systems built to Class D pharmaceutical guidelines.

Research-Driven Innovation, Built for Consistency

Our DSIR-approved R&D Centre spans an independent 3,000 sq. ft. area housing dedicated pilot extraction and spray drying facilities. Before any new product is commercialised, our R&D and Production teams run three to five consecutive batches to validate consistency because reliable science demands repeatable results, not just promising ones. The facility is partly powered by solar energy, reflecting our long-standing commitment to sustainable manufacturing. Located near the forests of Pavagadh, Gujarat, our plant benefits from naturally clean air and pure water a deliberate choice that speaks to the integrity at the heart of everything we produce.
